Summary
He makes everything in the aisles fall to block the path behind him. It startles his chaser and causes him to trip and slow down allowing Tommy to make it to the closet
Tommy dashes through the doors and blocks them with heavy crates. It was almost pitch black in the room from the lack of windows, it takes a second for his eyes to adjust to the inky blackness.
There's slamming against the doors, the robbers trying to get in. Tommy had to act quickly, the room is piled with stuff making it hard to navigate through the dark room.
The slamming on the door becomes louder, causing him to panic
Or; I've decided to finally write a super power au and mix in found family and slightly traumatize c!Tommyinnit even more.
EDIT: Incomplete, look at chapter 4 for more details. Might be rewritten

The world ended when Tim was asleep. No one else seemed to notice.
He woke to a grey apocalypse, saw the world shrouded in an eyelid haze, and went back to sleep.
When he woke again, the haze remained. So he got up, put on his clothes, and went to work. He sat through every meeting and remembered none of it. He ate lunch and tasted nothing. He walked home. It was January and he’d forgotten his coat, but if his body shook from the cold, he didn’t notice.
On patrol, he broke three knuckles and didn’t make a sound.
Or, Tim is depressed. Someone finally notices.
