Summary
At first she was just a girl with a discreet and useful superpower: Ashlyn Cope could slow down her own perception of time at will, effectively giving her life a tactical pause function. She had been content to keep her abilities secret and live that life like a normal college girl. Then she took a job at Superbabes and got mixed up with Harley Quinn, former henchwoman to a criminal madman. And life became... interesting.
This is a series of episodic story arcs featuring original character Ashlyn Cope and her unlikely friend, Harleen Quinzel, beginning with Ashlyn's small part in the events of Batman and Harley Quinn and continuing with what happens after. There will be adventures, there will be misadventures, there might be some unresolved sexual tension somewhere in there, and there will definitely be awkward friendship between a level-headed college girl whose literal superpower is to look before she leaps, and a slightly crazy woman who never does. Whatever else comes of that strange chemical mixture, well... you'll just have to read and find out, won't you?
NOTE, 12/12/2022: Bah, this hiatus went on way longer than expected. I'm gonna try to get writing again really soon, though!
