Upon arrival at the Temps Commission Five Hargreeves is trusted upon the care of a nurse to tend to his injuries before he starts his new career in the Corrections Department.
Even after he"s formally discharged, she always finds ways to take care of him and Five tries his best to reciprocate. She makes the Temps Commission become home and not just a means to his end, which is a problem within itself.
How is he supposed to leave his new family in order to save his original one?
Staying with them and leaving his siblings to die again isn"t an option either.
He"ll just have to find a way to keep the family he grew up with and the one he chose for himself safe, without having to give up either. It should be easy enough... Right?
This fic will follow mostly the events as they take place in the TV show (there might be some changes) with some elements of the comics. Begins pre-season 1.
