Summary
It’s been seven years since the war, and nothing could be more different. Voldemort was dead, but then again, so was Harry. People had chosen sides, and not all of them were expected. Who would have thought her new best friend would be Draco, though Hermione often spent time hanging out with the alluring matriarch of the family, now that Lucius was in Azkaban.
Hermione arrives home one night, and pinned to her door with magic is a single flower; a gardenia. The next night is a Hibiscus, followed by a red tulip, a pink camellia, a red carnation and a clematis. When she looks up the meanings of all the flowers one thing is clear: someone is trying to win her heart.
Her heart already belongs to another though, and Hermione begins to dread walking up the stairs to her flat. On the final day, she is faced with an entire bouquet of daffodils, and her heart skips a beat. Can it be? She throws floo powder into the grate, stating her destination; Malfoy Manor. -
