Summary
Hope is the captain of infamous pirate ship The Tribrid's Revenge. One day she comes across a debris scattered wreck. The three survivors, a father and his daughter along with a scrawny deckhand, tell Hope the story of the pirates who attacked them and kidnapped one of their shipmates, the sister of the blonde that has been pulled from the wreck. The more Hope learns of the tale the more she realizes who attacked this estranged crew. Her enemy (and ex) the obviously less infamous, Landon Kirby, Captain of the Phoenix. Hope agrees to help the father-daughter duo rescue their loved one if only to get revenge on Kirby and his idiotic crew. Little does she know as she learns more and more about the abductee, she'll begin to develop an attraction for a woman she's never met.

Samantha Larusso is NOT perfect.
Samantha Larusso is tired of the word perfect and the way it’s been projected onto her since the day she was born. She’s tried to scrub it from every crevice of her being, but still, that word inches it’s way back in every. single. time.
Tory Nichols is tired of perfect little Larusso worming her way into every one of her thoughts and actions this past year. She would love to wipe that stupid smirk off stupid Larusso’s stupid face. If you ask anyone else it would seem Tory has a little less straight and a little more curvy way of thinking about little miss Larusso.
If you ask both Samantha and Tory how they feel about the other, they would come up with bright, colorful swear words and a few choice metaphors about how they want to “wipe the floor” with the other’s face. You ask anyone else and they would say they both have the worlds biggest crushes on eachother, but comp-het is a hell of a drug.
