Summary
Buck’s watching him intently, staring like he’s just finally seeing Eddie for the first time tonight. There’s a heat to his gaze as it trails from his neatly shaven face down, down, down to the socks on his feet.
“Any particular reason you’re not wearing pants?”
It’s a valid question all things considered.
Buck’s eyes are glued to Eddie’s thighs—like now that he’s let himself actually look, he can’t look away. It sends a prickle of heat up Eddie’s spine—the same feeling he’d gotten when he’d realized that the (admittedly) hot priest sitting across from him was flirting.

Summary
“What are you looking at, Eddie?” As soon as the words leave his mouth he realizes just how flirty he sounds, but he can’t stop himself from continuing on, “Oh sorry none of my business, privacy of your own home and I, I respect that, but–”
Eddie realizes what he’s doing a second too late, leaping forward to try and stop him. Buck reaches down to grab the ipad, flips it over, and then nearly drops it to the floor. It feels like slow motion the way his hands have started to tremble and he struggles for a second to lock it—his own startled reflection staring back at him from the black screen once he finally does.
Eddie’s there seconds later, jerking the tablet out of his grip. He clutches it to his chest. They both stare at one another, for the first time in their friendship at a complete and total loss for words.
It’s silent, just the sound of the fridge humming in the background. Buck’s own heartbeat thunders loudly in his ears. Eddie’s gaze has dropped down to the floor and he’s refusing to meet Buck’s eye anymore.
