The two who live at #14 Sun Circle are, without question, the oddest neighbors on the cul-de-sac. One is a chronic sleepwalker, has a religious aversion to shoes, and moves at the speed of moss. The other is a retired costume designer, has a metal plate in his head, and moves at the speed of crack. They invented their own hookah flavor, can name every star in every constellation, and always give out the best candy on Halloween.
They're an odd pair. But they'd be even odder apart.

Vox hesitated. He did want to know. He just didn’t want to pry. Alastor, perhaps sensing some undue pressure in the question, eased back and turned it into a game instead. “I’ll tell you what,” he said, raising his mostly empty glass and giving it a little shake to rattle the ice cubes. “If you can guess what killed me, then I’ll buy the next round.”
(Vox and Alastor, in the early days of their friendship, get to know each other better over drinks and fairly inappropriate personal questions.)

Summary
Darth Vader has, at some point, discovered BDSM. When his schedule allows, he's been spending time at a very discreet sex club somewhere in the Outer Rim, where he has his pick of the Empire's starstruck submissives. But even in a risk-aware consensual context, intimacy with a man like Vader can be a perilous undertaking. Grand Moff Tarkin thinks he's up to the challenge.
(This was just weird porn when it started, and then it got out of hand. Now it's somehow a full-fledged villain romance, complete with soft moments, difficult feels, sand jokes, all the awkward logistical problems that naturally result from a disabled and traumatized Sith Lord trying to figure out how to relationship, and Vader being constantly extra about everything including kink. Enjoy.)
