Summary
June Whitaker has recently moved back in with her mother, back to her tiny hometown in Colorado. She is finding the small town feel a little too intrusive, until she meets the man that owns a tailor shop in the center of their town, whom her mother instantly approves of; however, June finds something unsettling about the man, but not enough to keep intrusive thoughts from giving her ideas she's not particularly comfortable with.

As a newly-minted archivist, you didn't exactly expect to interact with anything older than whatever's tucked away in the stacks. A family of millenia-old vampires seems to be a little above your paygrade and yet here you are.

Animus Entry #4512: Allies
Born in London in 1845, Grace Edwards was an unusual Assassin in that she worked closely with both the London and the Parisian Brotherhoods, bridging the gap between these two powerful groups and mediating any petty squabbles that may or may not have broken out between them. Not much is known about her personal life, but she was certainly a friend and ally to the Frye twins, and was particularly close with Jacob: early in 1870 (which, coincidentally, was the same year that Jacob’s son, Edward Frye, was born), she left London for Paris, and remained there for nearly a year. Perhaps not so much of a coincidence after all.
- A series of snapshots tracing the development of the relationship between Jacob Frye and the woman who will be the mother of his child.
