He's finally given some hope in the form of The third connection organization.
The Third Connection Organization has been connecting people with possible surrogates for years, even before quirks. Genetics have changed since the company first started and so has surrogacy. Now that a carrying surrogate contributes one-third of the genetic makeup of a child due to Quirks more couples have been signing up. Surrogacy Has turned from something that can bypass Instinct and has turned much more instinct driven. Almost like forced joint parenting. Finding a good match is the hardest part, but that's the T.C.O.'s job.
Kirishima Eijirou and Bakugou Katsuki have been talking about being surrogates for years. Eijirou was born with the help of the T.C.O. and after years of talks and after having one child of their own they think it's finally time to do it.

Izuku Midoriya, the cinnamon roll of class 1A. To the class, he was the sweet, shy boy who blushed at any passing compliment. To Shōta Aizawa, he was the number one problem child. As much as he tried to deny it, Izuku was Shōta's problem child. What happens when a grumpy teacher is thrust into a new role as his problem child asks for his help? Chaos. That's what his new found son brought to his life. Pure, unfiltered chaos, but he wouldn't change it for the world as Shōta never thought that he would have a son; any child that happened upon him was usually either afraid of him or annoyed him to no end but not Izuku Midoriya, his number one problem child is now his son.

Summary
Aiyama Izuku, son of two very powerful villains Eraser and Soundwave, has made a name for himself as the villain Kitsune. He's found his family and a boyfriend he would kill for. Literally. Now, he's going to have to navigate a new chapter of his life; high school. That and dealing with this League of Villains group that's demanded to see them. All Izuku wants to do is save some people he's already put a claim on as his family, spend time with his family, cuddle his boyfriend, and maybe kill a few people. All Might, Endeavor, and Bakugou Katsuki are at the top of that list.
