Summary
Following the war, Izuku and Katsuki's bond grew stronger, with neither wanting the other out of their sight—especially Bakugo. Izuku, always perceptive, noticed subtle changes in Katsuki's behavior and decided to explore the depths of their evolving relationship, eager to see just how close Bakugo would allow him to get.
But in doing so, Izuku unexpectedly rekindled emotions he thought he had long buried.

After the war, Izuku and Katsuki finally have the chance to explore and clear up their feelings for each other, with the support and encouragement of their friends and classmates.

Summary
“Deku, look in the fucking mirror.” Katsuki’s voice held an uncanny amount of fear in it. Izuku had never heard such a confident boy sound so disturbed before.
“Kacchan, wha–” Izuku felt his heart drop to his stomach.
The boy in the mirror staring back at him was not the reflection Izuku knew. No, this couldn’t be happening. His curly green hair had been replaced by blonde tufts and in the absence of those large, expressive green eyes, layed a pair of thin red ones. His freckles and natural tan had disappeared for a paler more muscular body. But this body wasn’t his. This body was Katsuki’s.

Eijirou stares at him. "Wow. And you don't talk about it."
"What the fuck is there to say, shithead," Katsuki mutters, before taking another swig of his drink. "He doesn't ever remember it. I'm sure as hell not going to bring it up."
"That's pretty fucking gay, dude. Drunk actions are sober thoughts or whatever. You've had feelings for him for what, how long? Since UA?"
Katsuki doesn't correct him. He doesn't say that he doesn't know when the bitterness softened into tenderness, or that maybe he's had this gentle, furious ache for Izuku since the very beginning, since they were kids in a forest with scrapes on their knees and elbows and the world in their hands.
He doesn't know how to explain it, so Katsuki just says, "I don't have feelings for him."

“Who the hell would think we’re dating?” Katsuki asks as he opens the third drawer of Izuku’s dresser, pulling out the spare uniform he keeps there.
Izuku shrugs, moving aside the framed photo of them as kids as he reaches for his phone. The lock screen lights up, showing a picture of them in their hero costumes that they took a few months back. It's from when they announced they’d be registering as a duo.
They’re grinning at one another in the shot, Katsuki reaching out to tug on the earrings he convinced Izuku to get only days before. A matching set.
“No idea.”
Or; All the times everyone thought Katsuki and Izuku were dating, and the one time Katsuki realized he wished they were.
