Summary
The Recall didn't fail, but certainly didn't inspire the grand response Winston desired. Aside from Tracer, the former agents of Overwatch refused the call, each for their own reasons.
But now, Winston has received a summons of his own, from one of those very agents. Torbjörn Lindholm has found something which shook his worldview to the core.
Neither of them truly understand how one Bastion unit — the last Bastion unit in the world — will become the pivot on which everything turns.

After foiling Torchwick and the White Fang's heist and reuniting with Blake, Team RWBY are back at Vale's docks again, waiting for more foreign hunter trainees to arrive for the Vytal Festival from the distant kingdom of Vacuo. Ruby is especially excited this time, for some reason.
Perhaps because, years ago, a kindred spirit created a new weapon that brought hope to that kingdom... and gave the Schnee Dust Company a major headache.
