Summary
Blitz is a human assassin, who finds himself at an extravagant party to take down a rich, high profile mark for a client. However he spots another guest amongst the crowd that draws his attention. A tall, pale skinned man with gray hair despite his youthful face; draped in rich, heavy fabrics and shining jewelry that makes him glisten like a night sky full of stars. He"s just another privileged asshole at a fancy party but something about his eyes sends a chill through Blitz"s veins and even days later he can"t get the man out of his head. When Blitz seeks the mysterious man out against his better judgement, he gets more than he bargained for.

It"s been one week since the fall out on the full moon. Blitzø has successfully made it through a week of work and avoiding everyone"s questions regarding Stolas. After a week of putting on a brave face he"s ready to sink into his couch and spiral but his oldest friend isn"t going to let him through his heart break alone.
Post Full Moon Fizzarolli comforts Blitzø as he recounts his relationship with Stolas and what happened during their last meeting.

But Blitzø remained unimpressed, his expression unchanging. "There’s not really a ‘we’ in this, is there?"
Stolas tilted his head, confusion furrowing his brow. "Hm?"
"You aren’t meant to die. I am, but you’re not.” Blitzø muttered, reminding Stolas of their fate. “So what happens when I’m not around anymore? When I kick the bucket and you’re left here, still doing your thing and going about your immortal life?"

Summary
After losing his title and powers, Stolas starts his life over in the Lust Ring and works as a sales associate at one of Asmodeus’ sex shops. He keeps his distance from Blitzø to avoid causing any more trouble for the assassin, instead focusing on his job, forming new friendships, and trying his hand at online dating.
Eventually, Stolas and Blitzø"s paths cross again at a mutual friend"s birthday party. Though awkward at first, the meeting sparks a tentative friendship, with both hiding their unresolved emotions. As their connection deepens, they find themselves unable to ignore the magnetic pull between them, despite their complicated past.

When Via opens her eyes she has to blink several times to clear the spots out of her vision. She can make out the distant shapes of her father and his boyfriend, both of them furiously rubbing their eyes.
Loona is nowhere to be seen.
‘Did I do it?’ she thinks with a giddy sense of relief.
But then something small stumbles into her legs. She looks down and a hellhound pup with big, red eyes stares up at her.
Staring at the child, it takes Via way too long to realize what just happened even though the signs are all there. The familiar grayish fur, the spiked dog collar hanging loose around a thin neck, the band t-shirt almost falling off narrow shoulders and looking like a nightgown the way it flows past knees, the empty pants pooled around small ankles.
It takes way too long.
“Oh shit.”

A magical mishap turns Loona into a child for 24 hours. Not only does this give the hellhound the chance to experience a childhood she never had, it also allows Via to see a side of Blitzø she’s never noticed before and maybe even bring her and her own father closer again.
