Jisu stands in the doorway, frozen in horror. For a moment she wonders if she fell asleep during class and this is an elaborate, fucked up wet dream. She pinches her forearm and winces at the sensation of pain. “Ouch.” She hisses under her breath.
The pair turn to the source of the noise. She stands there like a deer in headlights, unable to unfreeze herself as two pairs of eyes bore into her. Minhee detaches herself from her brother’s hold, standing and straightening her dress.
“I-I… I’ll just be going…” Jisu turns to leave, but as she pulls the door open, she’s intercepted. Minhee materializes behind her and pushes the door shut. She’s close enough that Jisu can smell the strawberry undercurrent of her shampoo. Jisu turns to look at her and Minhee cages her against the door.
“You’re not going to say anything, are you, Jisu?” Minhee asks. Her velvety voice turned sharp and threatening.
“I w-won’t! I promise!” Jisu stutters.Minhee exhales a laugh. “I know you won’t.” She runs her pointer finger over Jisu’s jaw, tilting her chin up so they make eye contact. “You’re a good girl, aren’t you Jisu?”
