Summary
Ghost's not about to say the mission should have been easy - nothing is ever "get in, grab, and get out" like it's supposed to be - but it shouldn't have gone to all fucking hell like this. For the first time in a long time, the stress is starting to get to Ghost. Not because he's concerned for himself. No, if that were the case, he could've pushed it down until he was back on base, with a door between him and everyone else.
No, the stress is starting to eat at him because Soap smells too damn good.
The fact that he can smell Soap like that is an issue to begin with. Ghost's not scent blind; he can smell the differences between Alpha and Omega, can pick out the various undertones that go with each emotion, just as good as the next guy. That's not the issue.
The issue is that Ghost can smell a third layer.
--
Or, a suppressant shortage sends Soap into an early rut during a stressful mission gone wrong, and Ghost, an Omega hiding his true status and presenting as an Alpha, can no longer deny the gravitational pull he feels to the Sergeant.
Consequently, Price and Gaz have to help deal with the fallout, and figure out some stuff for themselves.

Summary
Soap wasn’t expecting to be added to the mission roster at the last minute, and has no chance to change out of the scrap of blue lace he’d put on that morning, expecting to have the day off from recruit training duties with no mission to speak of. Now he’s shipping out with Ghost —
Ghost, who absolutely CANNOT find out Soap’s little blue secret.
But also, they’ve been sitting watch for several days, Soap’s starting to daydream about his LT again, and worst of all, Soap really has to pee, but he doesn’t get the chance to.

Summary
Ghost is in love with Soap, and Soap is in love with Ghost, except Soap doesn't know that Ghost is an Omega, despite being part of the 141 for a while and joining him, Price, and Gaz in their Pack after the events of Las Almas.
One mission gone wrong brings the truth to the light, and Ghost must address all of the things he's been keeping under lock, key and mask for years, pulling Price and Gaz along for the ride.
Yet even when things seem to have settled, and Simon is happier than he believed he ever could be again, he ought to know better than to get complacent. Life has a way of throwing the unexpected at you even when you're a trained spec-ops soldier with a highly-tuned sense of intuition, and the whole of Pack 141 is rocked to its core once again.

Summary
Ghost can't sleep. Neither can Soap. And Soap's tired of beating around the metaphorical bush - and beating himself off, if you will - when Ghost is right there, and everything Soap's ever dreamed of. A confrontation outside on a rainy night leads to more than Soap bargained for, but he's not complaining, not in the slightest.
AKA Soap pushes Ghost to his breaking point, and Ghost is far meaner - and far gentler - than Soap was expecting.

Summary
It’s no secret that Thane Shirogane loves raids. Leading a raid on an enemy village is one of his favorite pastimes, particularly because of what a raid offers. There is the adrenaline rush, the war cry spilling easily from his tongue and echoed back to him by his loyal soldiers, the thrill of the first kill and the sound of the first scream rising up in the night, the smell of oil and fire as his men light the town ablaze in his wake, and the taste of ash and blood as it coats his face. These are all things Thane Shirogane enjoys immensely, yet they are not the best part of a raid.
The best part of the raid comes after the carnage has ceased, when his men round up the fleeing Omegas and parade them through the remains of the village to stand in front of Thane Shirogane and beg for mercy. The best part of the raid comes when he selects the most attractive Omega to be his personal pleasure slave, and he gets to watch his men take their pick of the others like dogs fighting over scraps.
There is nothing quite like an Omega that rightfully fears Thane Shirogane.
The raid of Azamar should have been no different, except for the Omega that tries to fight back.

Summary
Ghost enters to find the bull already in position, on his elbows and knees, feet spread and shoulders braced for prolonged stillness. He lets out a short, quiet, pleased sound, enough to get the bull’s head tilting towards him, a little bluster of greeting he’s grown used to with this particular animal.
He does a slow circle of the room, inspecting his set out equipment, the restraints, and the positions of the pads beneath the bull’s shins and forearms, as well as the thick black leather collar around his neck. He gives it a quick tug, making sure it’s not too tight, and gets another soft huff in answer.
He tugs on the collar again, checks the nametag hanging in a silver oval from the center. On the back is the farmer’s name, the bull’s farm of origin, and his age and breed. The other side just has the word “Soap” in big letters.

Summary
Ghost huffs, a small glint of what Soap dares to call amusement in the golden light of his eyes. “Are you so afraid to die?” Ghost asks. He sounds curious, inasmuch as his flat voice can show emotion. Soap has heard him exasperated and annoyed and even fond when he’s speaking to his mount, but the curiosity is new.
“I’m no’ afraid of death,” Soap spits, baring his teeth. “I’m just no’ done livin’ yet.”
“Oh? What is there in life you’re not done with?”
And isn’t that the question. Ghost must take Soap’s silence for hesitance, as he adds, “You wake up. You fight. You bleed. You eat. You sleep. What else is there?” He’s asking like he’s desperate to know, challenging Soap and everything that he is, and Soap has no serious answer to give him.
I live because I want to live, he senses, would not satisfy Ghost as an answer. -

Summary
“Just this once,” Ghost said. He put up a good front, but Soap could see through it, could hear the slight tremble in his voice.
“Just this once,” Soap reassured him.
But deep down, he let himself hope. He was going to make this so good for Ghost, was going to ensure he knew that once was never going to be enough.
//OR//
Soap’s always been bad at keeping his hands to himself, that was no secret. More than that, he knows Ghost wasn’t someone he should be touching, shouldn’t be antagonizing like this. But never would he have guessed that this would be the consequence for crossing the line.
