Squall hated parties, and attending the Yule Ball organized by Selphie was no different. He didn’t worry, though, because he had a plan.
He’d stay for a drink and food, participate in their gift exchange, and slip away without anyone noticing him. And giving the fact that Irvine’s fruit punch had less juice and more alcohol, it would be easier than challenging Zell to an eating contest.
His plan was perfect, and yet it fell apart the minute Seifer cast him a heady glance across the ballroom.
Squall expected Zell to be boisterous, Selphie to be excited, and Quistis to be attentive to everyone’s needs. What he didn’t expect was for Seifer to squeeze his thigh underneath the table and kiss him in dark corners. Seifer’s affectionate gestures were unexpected but not unpleasant, and Squall allowed himself to enjoy every brush of his fingers and every stroke of his tongue. And not before long, Squall craved for more. More touches. More kisses.

Granted, he had always noticed Cloud had a pretty face, cute lips, beautiful eyes, and a jaw that begged for the touch of his fingertips but . . . wait. Where was he going with this?
"If it makes you feel better, plenty of others have commented on Cloud's appearance though 'cute' isn't exactly the words they used," said Kunsel.
Zack stared at Kunsel waiting for an elaboration. When Kunsel pointedly drank more beer instead, he dared to ask, "What, like they call him beautiful or gorgeous or something?"
Setting the bottle down, Kunsel met his gaze evenly. "Fuckable," he corrected.
