An incessant buzzing filled the room a second later and Kristen checked her crystal.
“What is it?” asked Adaine around a mouthful of cake, at Kristen's confused expression.
“It’s from Fig,” She responded, Adaine’s heart twinging slightly at that, “But it doesn’t make any sense?”
“Let me see?” Kristen shrugged and passed Adaine her crystal which was open to her text conversation with Fig.

It was the same picture of them smiling at first. But Pj looked at the second picture and the smile Hazel had from the first was gone. Replaced by a slight fake one as she stood between her parents.
Why would Stella post a pic of Hazel with her parents? Pj looked at the bio and fucking gasped.
“What the fuck?” Pj yelled.
Underneath the pictures was the words.
“Had such a great night celebrating Hazziepoo’s birthday early! Look how good she looked! Love you Hazel so grateful you’re my friend. Xoxo #birthdaygirl #shessingleladies #friends! “
Pj scrolled though more of the pictures and none of them had her smiling for real. Pj was so confused. Why did she look so miserable? Why didn’t Hazel tell her it was a party for her birthday?

After finding out Hazel’s birthday was coming up and that she had an extremely disappointing party thrown by her parents, Pj decides to take it into her own hands to throw Hazel the best birthday.And maybe get the courage to ask her out.
