So, as his last desperate attempt to keep his kids somewhat in his life Steve decides that befriending Eddie Munson doesn’t actually sound like the worst idea he’s ever had. Still not exited though.

Because when I first watched that I didn’t get it, like at all, the bunker was the safest place on earth and nothing was going to find them there, of course when I found out Zeke wasn’t Zeke I finally got it, he wasn’t scared of being found he was scarred Cas would recognize him, so here I just decided he was like “fuck it, Cas is human and Dean didn’t even tell him Sam was ever possessed, this is fine” and the domestic fluff ensues. Also Cas once mentioned hating being human and we just can’t have that.

Summary
Eddie Munson is used to standing up for fellow freaks and giving speeches about conformity and bullying on the lunchroom tables. He did not however expect to find Steve Harrington as one of his bullied sheep. But he has to help, it’s his self appointed job.
Steve Harrington has not been doing well after his second run in with monsters, especially since this time around he’s been left without friends to find comfort in. Nancy and Jonathan might try to help if he asked, but he would rather suffer than ask so he was on his own. Until Eddie Munson found him locked in a janitors closet and started trying to befriend him.

“A Joyce and Hopper?” Steve repeated.
“You like each other but you refuse to say anything so one of you, Steve, goes on to date somebody else instead, that doesn’t work out but you still don’t say anything, until finally when one of you gets the goddamn courage to say something, one of you gets kidnapped by Russians or something.”
“I really hope we don’t do the Russian thing again.” Steve forced a laugh. “Kinda sucked the first time, Hopper’s thing is worse, not again, never again.”
“I said or something.” Murray shrugged. “But it’s all avoidable if you just talk.”
