Episode 10 of my alternate Torchwood season 3!
Torchwood have received word that a new drug is sweeping through the student population of Cardiff and the students are all saying the same thing - this new drug is 'out of this world'. As the youngest member of the team and despite his protests, Ianto is signed up to university and sent to live in student halls as part of the team's undercover operation to discover what this drug is before anyone else gets hurt. After everything that's happened recently, after Martha's warnings, Jack isn't thrilled with this plan but he knows his team's first priority is to protect the city.
Meanwhile, Tosh thinks she's finally found a solution in her project to fix Owen.

Something big is going down just outside the Rift's remit. UNIT are on the case, so Martha Jones calls team Torchwood in to help with the investigation.
But that's not all UNIT are on the case of. Jack has found himself coming up against the UNIT upper management more and more frequently, so when Martha shares her own suspicions that not all is well, Jack's only too happy to help her investigate.
