   Summary

   A space abnormality causes members of an Enterprise landing party to act on their impulses. Spock claims to be unaffected, but Kirk quickly realizes that Spock’s behaviors are far from ordinary. This brings Kirk face-to-face with his own desires concerning his First Officer.
