Special Agent Morrison’s team usually dealt with problems much larger than a murder case. Usually he found himself battling bomb scares, domestic terrorists, and even the occasional high profile hostage negotiation. Usually the normal murder investigation was always passed down to the local law enforcement.
Unfortunately, it seemed like the Case of the Copperstone Slaughter was anything but normal.

Summary
An Overlook AU featuring a Cops and Crooks twist set in a modern/near future time line.
This series is a WIP, and I'll be adding things into it as I can. While And Yet I Live will be the main focus of the story, which will detail Genji's recovery from his incident, I've fallen in love with the whole world I've created. Many of the other additions to this series will be world building and/or additional works that take place among its time line. I'll post the Chronological order of the series in the Notes below so readers can read it in the correct order.
