Summary
One year after The End, Tord finds himself the target of the leader of the terrorist organization that framed him. It's enough that he has to go on the run. To make matters harder, his former teenage rival and daughter of his therapist, the snarky redhead Terri, has to come along because she could also have a target on her back. It's not the only problem, though.
Tord is still haunted by the trauma of betraying his friends. He isn't sure if he'll ever be forgiven. As far as he's concerned, he'll be thrown to the curb. It's a good thing he has Terri to remind him that there is some hope. Who knows? Maybe they miss him as much as he misses them.

Optimus Prime was dead.
This along with the fact that; the Decepticons were on the attack, communications with Moon Base one and two had been lost, and Autobot City was in ruin, spelt out to the remaining Autobots that they weren’t going to win the war.
Though worse turned to hopeless, when the Matrix of Leadership fell to the ground and proceeded to break in two.
However, no one had known that it was because the Matrix had found two capable candidates for the next Prime, and it just so happened that those two had been Optimus’ adopted sons.
Hot Rod and Bumblebee.
AKA: the 1986 Movie AU, where Bumblebee was on Earth and not Moonbase Two, Hot Rod has Bumblebee as an adopted brother, and Ratchet survives by sleeping
