Unmoving, Clint watched Bruce blindly reach across to the bedside table and grab his glasses. Smiling, he slipped them back onto Clark's face.

Bruce gets hit by a spell that opens up all his past scars from the tiniest paper cut to the claw marks on his side. Every bullet wound, every stitched up scar rips open and he thinks he might be dying. What's even worse is the look on Clark's face when he tries to cauterize every wound, apologizing over and over again as he does so.
