Summary
Ink wasn't really sure how much someone needed to lose before they could say they lost everything.
Ink hadn't lost a lot, if he had to list it all. But then again, he never had much to begin with. A nameless, empty AU, and a job he had no real part in. All he really had- all he truly cherished- was his friends. There were other things, such as Broomie or his colours, but most importantly, there was his friends.
Blue and Dream. Dream and Blue.
In the end, they were all that truly mattered. The thing he would give everything up for.
Ink didn't really have a lot. But he could say he lost everything. His death had been undramatic and easy, all things considered. Ink wouldn't say he was content with dying- never content- but he hadn't felt too horrible about it either.
He hadn't expected to wake up. Wake up to before everything fell apart.
(He hadn't expected it to happen again and again, either.)

Summary
The only thing left of him was his diary.
That stupid diary he had made him write.
The thing felt pointless now. How was it meant to help him, if he wasn't even here anymore? Dream knew he only wrote in it to keep him happy. To make him worry less.
It felt so important at the time. How could he not worry about him? How could he not worry when Dream would find him confused about where he was, saying the last thing he remembered being something that happened days ago? The diary was meant to help. Help him keep track of things.
It was useless now. Just holding the thing made him feel bitter and disgusted.
What was the point?
What use was a diary to a dead person?

Summary
Scar pulled up his chat history with Grian one final time. Each of his messages were still lacking replies. Each still completely unread.
"No." Scar said sternly. "I'm coming with you."
Pearl seemed surprised by his reply, but she made no objection.
"Xisuma?" Scar said, holding the comm up to his ear once again.
"Scar, what is going on? Why are you and Pearl still there?"
Scar didn't answer his question, he only kept talking. "Cub owes me a favor. Tell him to take care of Jellie while I'm gone."
Before X could say anything back, Scar had hung up. He looked back up at Pearl, a strong feeling of determination settling in his bones.
"I'm not jumping to Season 10 yet. Not unless it's with Grian."
Pearl nodded, understanding him perfectly. "Then let’s go find him."
—
Or, Scar wakes up the morning after Secret Life ends to find that Grian is missing. On top of that, despite being the winner, his memories of all the past games haven’t returned to him. Him and the other previous winners of the traffic games suspect something is up, so they all hatch a plan to get Grian back and end the cycle of death games once and for all.

Summary
“What voices, Scar?” Martyn asks again, a bit closer now, snapping him back to attention.
“You— You know the Secret Keeper voices? When you succeed your task?” Scar asks, the words practically bursting out of him, propelled by the pressure of being kept at bay for so long.
Martyn’s eyes narrow just slightly, his gaze flickering to the Secret Keeper and then back. “Yeah, I’ve heard ‘em. We all have, far as I can tell.”
Scar nods and swallows, pasting on a shaky grin. “I hear them all the time.”
OR, The Watchers take a special interest in Scar.

Summary
The events of the day of the recital happen... in reverse. Mari kills herself, and it's covered up to make it look like Sunny accidentally pushed her down the stairs. Unable to accept his sister's imperfections, rather than becoming an extreme introvert, Sunny becomes an extreme extrovert: a narcissistic, constantly-smiling beacon of optimism who idolizes Mari like a goddess. Only time will tell how long Sunny will live in denial. When the truth is uncovered, an image of perfection will be shattered.
