Their globe trotting starts by pure accident, really.
Zhigang wakes up in a hospital bed for the first time in years and wonders why he’s waking up at all. He remembers the Giant’s Avatar crushing him with his club; it’s not a pleasant feeling, getting torn apart at the seams. He unbuttons his shirt and looks, runs a hand down his chest- no scars whatsoever.
“Do you want to visit your mom?” Jin-Woo asks one day, ten years into their globetrotting trip. They’re in the middle of the Amazon this time, waist deep in muddy river water. Zhigang doesn’t see how his mother factors into this; he swats a truly monstrous mosquito and answers.
“We could,” he says. “But we’ll have to get out of here first.”

Summary
Liu Zhigang thought Sung Jinwoo was someone who was completely unpredictable. He did what he wanted, flipping off Thomas Andre, parading around Japan and Korea's highest ranking gates like they were nothing, confidently asking him out on a date. From his first appearance, the Chinese hunter knew that Jinwoo was a person in control of himself, a person who would rule the world if he wanted to. He did it all while looking drop dead gorgeous, Zhigang truly admired that. He never knew what the other's next move would be.
The last thing he expected was Jinwoo’s flustered attitude towards sex, but Zhigang wasn’t complaining.

Liu Zhigang turns towards the crowd and for a moment it seems as if he’s looking right at Jinwoo. A pang of longing goes through his chest and a jumble of wistful thoughts flit through his head—he wishes he could meet and talk to his soulmate one-on-one, wishes that he had a chance to get to know him. They’re no more than fleeting fancies, but one of his shadow soldiers responds to them with a faint “my liege” whispered in his ear.Igris?
Before he realizes what’s happening, the knight darts out to slip into Liu Zhigang’s shadow as he passes by.
