"Oh! You didn't bring any baking?" Maddie asks as she opens the door for Buck to enter.
"I... haven't felt like baking much," Buck says as he trudges in, gravitating to the kitchen.
"Since you got over your ex boyfriend?" Maddie asks, a hopeful note in her voice. She takes two mugs from the cabinet and grabs the tea canister.
"Since Eddie decided to move to Texas," Buck blurts out.
