Clover stops just slightly beyond the entranceway and into the room. Golden flowers upon golden flowers greet them, their sweet scent permeating throughout the room. Gaps of sunlight shine upon the flowers, blessing them with natural light and making them appear more golden than they already are. And most importantly, a tall figure stands amongst the flowers.
The King of Monsterkind stands surrounded by golden flowers.

But when his eyes fluttered open, he was back where it all began. Disoriented but alive, one thought came to mind.

Flowey had planned to let Clover rest. But as his vine hovered over the Save point, ready to overwrite it, a flash of memory stopped him.
It was the run where he lost.
The thought made him pause. While the memory itself was fascinating, it wasn’t what caught his attention. No, it was who he saw during it.
A plan began to form.
He'll do it once more to see his best friend again.

Vault 66 was built to house Bellome's entire permanent population of 10,000, the largest and most expansive Vault to date and only feasible due to the large cave systems already detected in the mountain. Sadly, the Vault was never completed, for reasons unknown.
Frisk's father was the prospective head of security for the Vault before construction was cancelled, and on October 23, 2077, he takes them on a camping trip up the mountain...
