Summary
October full moon, 1976 -- From Sirius's POV.
These characters are based off of the characterizations by MsKingBean89 in her popular work All the Young Dudes (2018).
This ended up being WAY longer than I expected it to be but I guess that's not necessarily a bad thing. I just really love character damage hurt/comfort, so I wanted to write a bit about how Sirius felt having to watch Remus Go Through It(TM).
If you're reading in tandem with ATYD, this takes place the last full moon before Sirius and Remus start fooling around (Chapter 98: Sixth Year: Halloween), so there's definitely some confusion on Sirius's part, as he mentioned later in the story that he didn't understand his feelings for a while, even after he and Remus got intimate. Anyways, enjoy!

ITony scrambles upright and sees the kid collapsed on his side, limp. It wasn’t enough to kill him as Tony had said “disarm,” but he always made sure to kill them in the end. Yet when he comes closer to the vampire and sees the unconscious tear-streaked face, he can’t bring himself to do it. Not when the vampire had shown him mercy and had seemed so shaken up.
“FRIDAY, ready a cell. I’m bringing a vampire in.”
