Summary
Wend (a 60 nonbinary neurodivergent marine scientist with a sampling bot) hitches a ride on a sailboat crossing the Pacific in 2039. They do some science and chase some mysterious dreams.
Wend also knows a lot of musicals by heart and credits old musicals with helping them figure out human society, so it seems natural to present their situation in a filk song of an old musical standard.
