Eddie always swore he’d never do this.
He’d meant it, too. He never wanted it to come to this, but it has, and he doesn’t have any other choice.
He’s run away from the rest of the team. He’s pretty sure none of them saw which way he went. Eddie defied direct orders from Bobby not to come back, not to run back into an unstable building just because Buck hadn’t come out yet. Eddie knows he’ll be fine, but he can’t say the same about Buck. He has to find him. He needs to save him.
Thing is, Eddie’s a vampire.
