Now Gintoki wouldn’t had cared about the rumors nor the nickname if they hadn’t overshadowed the “real” him or at least the small human part in him. He knew that in all seriousness he was still here - he was still human. His heart, a human heart, was still beating inside of him and it pumped the blood that was yet another proof of his humanity. Gintoki knew that. Yet the nickname still made him feel a mix of emotion when he tried saying it out loud.
