    Astarion must brave the terrors of the Fugue Plane if he wants to return his lover from the dead.

    This is a short fic focusing on bringing a redeemed Durge back from the Fugue Plane (deviating from DnD canon here). It starts with a re-imagining of the Temple of Bhaal scene from my fic When Calls the Blood, though I think you should be able to read this without having read that fic. Please read TWs at the beginning of chapters and in the tags, as this is intended to get pretty dark before wrapping up with a happy ending.
