Summary
Dragons.
There are many kinds of dragons and they can be found almost everywhere. In the skies, the oceans, even digging through your trash.
While running for his life, Link stumbles across a baby dragon about his age. Taking her with him, he gains his best friend.
A mysterious portal sends Link and his dragon companion to the past just when things were calming down again. With no other choice, they have to team up with dragon riders from across the timeline to get to the bottom of things.
Aka: I got inspired by my favorite movie trilogy and gave everyone in the chain dragons. (The types are based off of that one chart from I think Reddit. If ykyk) Then I did too much character and world building to not turn it into a fic.

Legend's love language is gift giving.
Not that it's relevant at all, those are not gifts. He just have a lot of equipment and experience - he's the veteran for Din's sake - and he cares about efficiency.
He's solving problems he notices, so they don't bother him anymore. There's nothing more to it. They are not friends, they're coworkers at best. That's all.
And if he gives away a piece of his heart in every gift... it does not need to be acknowledged.As if other heroes would allow for that to happen.

Summary
Legend was not the kindest Link, he was sharp and he was not afraid to snap at anyone for any reason. This causes some problems between him and Twilight.
Legend honestly is just bad at talking to people, so when his inability to be nice when trying to tell someone to take some personal regard for their safety (at least from his perspective) is called out, he decides to fall back on some old, fairly unhealthy coping mechanisms: specifically, silence.
