Summary
Experimental projects continue to be a controversial subject when the involvement of humans are seen as unethical. However, the incidents in Arcadia Bay and Seattle have proven some organizations that superpowered individuals can be sprouted… and that they must harness them for their own gain. Illegally sanctioned by President Andrew Ellis, an obscured mining company was given full authority to hunt and experiment humans in secret, prepping their captives to become weapons for America; to protect democracy from terror.
At the same time, a new member joins the Alphas - a tyrant with a checkered past. There's expectations for this individual to succeed but unbeknownst to them, she has one goal in mind that she wants to accomplish upon recruitment: She has to kill Commander Caulfield.

Summary
In 2014, a spree of murders popped up on radar within Kyoto and Tokyo. Some were maimed, others were left bloody on the scene, a few informants turned up dead. No one knows for sure how this happens but within it all, heartbreak sprouts in secret – shutting out the rest of the world to shift its attention to that moment. Silence would have been necessary. Summary
Journal records pertaining to Alpha 0-7, also known as callsign “Prophet”, were found within the ruins of a destroyed military base in Ashdod. Item in question was intact when uncovered and sent to the CIA for analysis, possibly left by the Alpha Monsters as they were responsible for the attack.
The aftermath, however, led to the arrest of a high-ranking general for murder charges against NATO forces, citing the journal to be holding crucial evidence linking to him. He was formerly stationed on that base.
