Summary
Falling apart under the scrutiny of the Cobalt Soul, the Cerberus Assembly initiates a counter strike. They convince King Bertrand Dwendal cultists of Unapproved Deities are plotting un uprising against him. The hammer of injustice is brought down hard on worshippers of these Gods, shattering the land, and killing or imprisoning thousands of innocents. Throughout this chaos, spilling over into the surrounding regions, and locking the boarders of the Empire like never before, the Mighty Nein are scattered, unable to reach each other, or had simply vanished.
Amidst the Gods weeping, guardians are called to action. And so, one Yasha Nydoorin, following the path the Storm Lord laid out for her, finds an old, yet new friend, who in turn is following the Moonweaver. Together, they try to find the rest of their friends, and hopefully save Exandria in the process. Again.

Crimson pinched his brow, rubbed his hands over his eyes, and dragged his palms down his cheeks along with his eyelids. “You fucking… Do you have any idea who this is?”
“Husk’s… wife?” one of the sharks guessed. Crimson shot him point-blank in the face.
“No, you idiots,” said the imp as he pocketed the gun. “Worse. That’s his host. Angel-fucking-Dust.”

Summary
It’s not often that Angel doesn’t know exactly where he stands with a man. People are usually pretty clear with him, one way or the other. They want to fuck him or hate him or sometimes both. Husk is none of these options. He’s a push and pull, hot and cold, but in the best possible way. His cold isn’t hurtful, it’s boundaries and real communication. His hot isn’t aggressive sex, it’s cuddling and gentle hands. Before Husk came into his life, he could count the amount of times a man’s shared his bed and not fucked him for it on two hands. Now that number’s expanded so far he can’t count it even with all six hands out.
It’s fucking him up a little bit. He wants to sabotage it, to crush and crumble their delicate relationship until it can’t be put back together, but Husk won’t let him get away with it. Every boundary broken is a gentle conversation, an apology exchanged. Every argument ends with hands held and quiet reminders of why he is worth it. It’s baffling, and heart-wrenching, and wonderful, and the best he’s ever felt.
or Angel learns to be loved without it being a means to an end.

Summary
Husk was having a pretty miserable day, he was doing what he had to do getting through it with Alastor and waiting for Angels return. But once Angel does return Husk gets kidnapped and its up to the others to save him. Sadly Husk and Alastor really don't seem to get along.
