They didn't like tourists, to put it mildly. Therefore, after learning that in their city were people on a field trip from Amity Park who could not leave Gotham for several days due to weekly escape from Arkham, the news channel immediately decided that a short interview from the guests would definitely amuse the locals. The reaction of outsiders never ceases to be ridiculous.”
In other words Gotham learns these kids are more like Gothamites than some Gothamites and gains love for Amity park.

Summary
After losing swathes of mass-produced Aogami series Proto-Fiends in the sands of Da'at after the averted apocalypse, Tsukuyomi focuses on utilising the technology to truly revive his dead brother, Susano-o. He ends up with an Aogami model that has to grow into himself the old fashioned way: from childhood, and tries to forge him into the brother who's long dead and only really exists in Tsukuyomi's nostalgic memories.
Until Aogami stages a great escape at age 10 and, by sheer coincidental luck, runs into the human who holds Susano-o's Knowledge. Things pick up from there.
