Izutsumi hissed in reply, stabbing into a piece of hippogriff with a little too much force for something that was already dead.
She couldn’t believe this. Here she was with possibly the only other person in the entire world who knew what it felt like to be both more and less than human at the same time, and she didn’t even understand what about it made Izutsumi so upset.
Gods. All that was missing were a few invasive questions and it would be like having a conversation with Laios.
