Summary
Tim’s been watching Batman and Robin for a while, okay? He understands what crime is. But then Batman turns a guy over to the police for reasons Tim doesn’t understand at all. It’s not a crime to hit your kids so they know what they did wrong, right? So Tim asks Batman about it. And, well, to say it quickly goes sideways is an understatement, AKA, what will later be referred to as “that time Tim tried blackmailing Batman to not call Child Protective Services.”

Summary
They suspected that the new weapons hitting the black market were alien tech. After an ops gone wrong their suspicions only solidified; anything that looked like a starbolt, hit like a starbolt, and hurt like a bitch could only be alien in nature. With Jason out of commission, and Kor'i standing guard in place of the Pack Alpha, it's up to Roy to continue the hunt and find a way to get these weapons out of demand before they do any more damage.
Everything was going according to plan, and then Roy found the pup.
Alternatively known as that time it was Roy's turn to ask "Is anyone going to adopt that kid?" and not wait for an answer.

Summary
Billy Batson has been taking care of himself for a couple of years now and feels like he's doing pretty well at it. Sure, the foster families he's been stuck with whenever CPS catches him have been uniformly disappointing. And the Captain Marvel part of his life keeps creeping into more and more of his Billy Batson time. But overall, things are great! If only he hadn't had a little accident and wound up in the hospital just when some guy from Gotham who thinks he's Billy's father came looking for him, he'd be fine. And isn't that timing just a little bit suspicious? Sure, CPS seems to believe the man's story, but they don't have the best track record for placing Billy in safe homes. At least he knows how to make portals now. No one can keep him where he doesn't want to be!
Meanwhile, Bruce and Alfred are extremely pleased to have such a pleasant, polite child join the family. Except that he keeps winding up back in Fawcett City, and they can’t figure out how.- Language:

Summary
When Phantom happens to be near Crime Alley one night, Red Hood's turf, they come across a strange sight. A baby ghost! A toddler! Wandering all alone on the side of the road. His core feels incredibly malnourished, downright sickly, and it almost seems to sing at them for "Help! Help!" Obviously they have to try get the baby back to the realms, to get him to a healer who may be able to provide that help.
Red Hood is just confused as to why he's been swept up by this strange meta rogue, and flown off to places unknown. What do they mean his core is sick? He doesn't even know what a core is!
OR
The Red Hood is a new up-and-coming rogue in Gotham. No one seems to know the man's identity - including Batman himself. So when Phantom finds out the Red Hood is actually a baby ghost in desperate need of help, they know they need to take action and make sure he has a family.
