OR I’m sick and tired of the only Daryl/Reader content being the “boring helpless girl/him who saves her and suddenly his entire character and personality is different from canon” trope. I strive to bring male reader fics to the table and for some damn reason no one else seems to create content with male reader for the characters I actually simp for. (theres like nine explicit m/m fics for daryl on here it hurts me physically)

Summary
After the encounter with All Might sucks the hope out of Izuku, he finds himself in another situation with a villain. This time, though, it’s at night and it isn’t All Might who saves the day, but a slippery guy who welcomes Izuku’s help. He fills the spot of admiration that All Might had had in Izuku’s heart. Izuku doesn’t let the fact that the guy doesn’t have a hero’s license bother him.
OR
Izuku befriends a vigilante and gets ingrained into a world that’s all ‘gray area’. At some point he even finds himself interacting with people who have stepped over the line into the ‘villains’ side. Izuku might spend a little time over the line too. Or a significant amount of time. Depends on who you ask.
