This, of course, brought Maxie to his current predicament, and the source of all the introspection and reminiscing; he had a sofa full of very distressed, upset May, whom seemed determined to end her career as Champion of the region, and instead spend the rest of her life cocooned inside a what he could only describe as a fortress of cushions, pillows and blankets.

Summary
Just a place to collect all the little ficlets that center around these two characters, that I've been making. All of them are either tiny little scenes and feature a lot of introspection; most of it from Maxie's 3rd person POV for some odd reason. They all follow a semi linear... timeline and are all set in the same 'universe' or line of events, but could be read separately. It's all mostly lots of fluff, with some comedy.

His head tilted, frost-white hair curling around his ears. A far off part of her wondered what it would feel like to comb her hands through it. The red of Okarun’s eyes burned hot as they traced her face, canines slipping out from behind his lips. He hummed in response, eyes flickering to the side. And oh.
It was easy to forget, looking at him like this, but this Okarun was still her Okarun. With his big round glasses that blew up his eyes like a bug, and his curly hair that was getting longer by the day. His nervous fingers tapping lightly on her side, corners of his lips curving up in sheepishness.
