Summary
Returning for his Eighth Year at Hogwarts, Draco Malfoy doesn't know what to expect. The war is over, the trials have ended, and Hogwarts has been restored to it's former glory, but even though the war may be over, the aftermath certainly isn't; not for anyone, and especially not for him. All Draco can do now is try to move forward, do his best to show that he's changed, and hope beyond hope that someone, anyone, will see it.
If only he could figure out why Potter is being so bloody nice to him.
Featuring a very determined Draco who isn't as whole as he pretends to be, a sweet and persistent Harry Potter who has finally figured himself out, Pansy, Blaise, and Theo as Draco's sassy and insightful support system, an overly protective House Elf, and an entirely unexpected ally in the form of one Hermione Granger.

Summary
A few years after the war, Harry receives a ministry notice that Draco Malfoy’s house arrest will soon be lifted and that the wand he has kept may be sent to the ministry. He doesn’t think much of it when he sends the wand directly to Malfoy Manor with a note.
But one letter swiftly follows another and Malfoy sneaks his way into Harry's every day life without either of them minding.
Or; a very soft love story of how Harry and Draco find reasons to write letters to each other and Black heirlooms and family histories are uncovered while they figure out why that is. Lunch dates, careful friendship, confusing feelings and Draco's art included.

Draco would like to say that when Potter barged into his office at nine-thirty in the morning, locked the door, and demanded, “Are you in love with me?”, he sneered back and said something quite clever and cutting along the lines of please, Potter, I know we’re not trying to kill each other anymore but I have the good sense and, more importantly, standards not to throw myself at you or maybe at least I see your ego hasn’t gotten any more tolerable since school.
What he said in reality, though, was, “What? I—what?” He tried again. “Have you gone completely mental?”
A botched love potion makes it so that everyone in Harry's vicinity is madly in love with him—everyone except Draco, that is.

“Harry, how did it go?” Hermione pauses, her brown eyes widening at the cup of coffee. “That bad?”
“Yes, they were all hopeless. I appreciate your list though. Not one of them smelled like they had baked in the past few months. You know, how you can smell it on a person,” He rambles, barely raising his head from the table.

Hermione widens her eyes, looking at the slender man, smartly dressed with somehow sharp and soft features. She looks at Ron, He will be the person he hires. The man is his type and reaks of vanilla. Oh lord, Ron. We are in deep shit, or Harry is. Harry toys with the pen and sips on his coffee. He looks up as he hears the clicking halfway down the street, and when the man walks through the door he has to catch his breath.
