She'd class him as an insomniac. It made his sleep precious and deeply protected in these past few years. It had tested and grown her patience for her own schedule disruptions—if Chandler was up, then she was too. Whether he liked it or not.
Another notable trait about him was that he clung to everything that touched him. He may not be an easy sleeper, but he was a deep one, and when Monica had tried to push on his shoulder to move him off, he'd wrapped his arms around her.

“Syphilis is gonna die?” Jack asked worriedly.
Monica rushed to sooth him. “No. no, sweetie. Of course not.”
“Phoebe.” she then added in a more than warning tone.
Phoebe looked between the both of them then, a little guilt hitting her. They remained united. A strong front against her well meaning manipulation. Damn them for growing as people.
“Okay, fine.” Phoebe relented, holding Syphilis tighter as he whined. “I’ve got a bunch of these guys and I need to find them a home. Mike doesn’t think we can take care of 16 dogs.”
“16?” Chandler stared at her.
“That’s a big number.” Erica noted.
“It’s not that big.” Phoebe grunted. “But they won’t all fit in the new house and we’re looking for homes—”
“For 16 dogs?” Monica blinked at her.
Phoebe shook her head. “No, no. 13. Are you kidding me? I had to put my foot down somewhere.”
