One For All is a simple but not-very-ordinary quirk.
And the side-effects aren't exactly very easy to hide.
(Midoriya Izuku inherits a quirk that comes with some odd but non-harmful extras, a complimentary skeleton mentor-slash-dad, a horde of permanently confused classmates and teachers, and a family of ghosts plus one. It's an adventure in it's own way.)
