Wilhelm's brother was diagnosed with leukemia half a year ago. Simon's mother was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago. They don't know each other, but after receiving some negative news about his brother's cancer, Wilhelm finds himself crying into Simon's shoulder on the floor in a hospital bathroom.
