It's been a while since I wrote anything, but after the S19 episode Pledge of Allegiance and the revelation (spoiler) that Gibbs has been contributing to the college funds for the kids of NCIS agents (and autopsy gremlins), I had this idea. It's Slibbs - I will always be a fan! And I SERIOUSLY miss Mark Harmon on the show! :-(
