Summary
The city’s always made me feel a bit claustrophobic and I’m sure that’s not something unique to just me. The constant noise and movement. Massive crowds of people all writhing amongst each other. From above, it could almost be mistaken as one living breathing organism. Down here it’s not much easier. Hundreds of people with separate goals and ideals. Like in many ways but distinct enough to be told apart if one was to take the time to. A vast array of varying childhoods and upbringings; sexualities and physiques… religions and ethical codes all coincide in the same nothingness.
Whatever paths they might’ve taken or dreams they could’ve pursued, they’ve all found themselves here. Amongst the swarm.
