When Anakin has dreams of Padme dying in childbirth, he shrugs and makes plans to avoid that outcome, like confessing his marriage to Obi-Wan for support, who then ropes in Bail Organa who has access to the best medical supplies. The twins are born safe and Anakin has no reason to Fall.
Aka- Years of scheming and grooming by Palpatine gets rendered obsolete by one young adult with anxiety and the ability to switch from worst case scenario to planning how to avoid said scenario, plus a slightly stronger honest brotherly bond from the beginning.

Summary
