After an injury, Penny takes Mike to a mechanic to fix him up again. He overreacts to this, like a child at a doctor's office. After his appointment and to prove it's not as bad as he's making it, Penny goes to her doctor because it's her usual checkup. However, it's her annual blood drawing, and Penny desperately tries to delay or avoid it, much to Mike's amusement.
