Summary
Karamatsu, the oldest brother of five quintuplets is asked to go live with his older brother, who is hard at work as a member of a rescue team. Upon arrival he realises the kind of conditions Osomatsu has devolved into and chooses to stay with him so he can live more comfortably. He's only confident in his skills in housework, but he doesn't seem to notice that his presence is all Osomatsu needs.

Osomatsu is just a guy who works to pay his bills. It's bad enough he gets treated like dirt by his boss and coworkers. Not only that but a weird rich guy keeps talking to him, being nice to him.
Needless to say Osomatsu doesn't know how to handle all this.
