    A good impression on the most important night of the year was essential. The Danse au Jugement built the trends and connections for the rest of the year. If Lumine played her cards right, it could lead to a meeting with the Hydro Archon. So having a member of Fontaine’s Court show up with a ball invitation was quite the opportunity. He was handsome, well-connected, and rich. A perfect date, except for one problem.

    Lumine could overlook the whole Harbinger thing; she couldn’t overlook the urge to wipe the smirk off of his face.

    After staying under the sun for so long, the trio goes to take a bath, and that is when Belle learns a new custom around that region (one that she quickly falls in love with)
