Chan gets to go on a trip with Minho at last. Everything is just about perfect– until Minho falls sick on their first full day.

“You sound like you have a cold, sweetheart,” Chan tells him, gently.
“I don’t,” Minho insists, stubbornly. He coughs then, and Chan can hear him swear under the mask.
Chan steps closer, reaching up to feel Minho’s forehead. Minho ducks away from him, and he tries not to let it sting.
“I’m completely fine,” Minho croaks. “This is our holiday. We are going to do all the things you planned, and have a good time.”

Summary
The sight makes Minho hold back a pleased purr, pride filling him up at how good their—his—alpha is for them, for him. How he's always been like this, like Minho, but so much louder in his care that his body has to record it and spread it out, and Minho is more than happy to watch and help. The perfect music to Minho’s silent dances.
But at the same time—
Minho wants to strangle him. Fondly. But like, violently. Really violently, because when will his alpha learn that Minho wants what’s his to be good and healthy, Chan included?

He doesn't have to say anything about it. Chan immediately swivels his head to look at him, eyes wide as if he were a deer caught in the headlights. He meets the omega’s displeased gaze before Minho looks at his stomach. Catching it, Chan gives a sheepish smile.
Minho shows love through quiet care, tough love, weird stares, and aggressive acts of service. Chan knows this and loves every bit of it. So does everyone else, but mostly Chan. Especially when he knows what thoughts go behind it.
